To be honored with the 'OBEDIENCE TRIAL CHAMPION' (OTCH) award, the dog must have won a total of 100 points. Obedience Trial Championship points will be recorded for dogs that have earned the Utility Dog title. These points will be recorded for those dogs that have earned a first, second, third or fourth place ribbon competing in the Open B or Utility B Class, according to the schedule of points established by the AKC Board of Directors.

Agility
To be honored with the 'MASTER AGILITY CHAMPION' (MACH) award, a dog must exhibit superior performance on the Agility course. Speed and consistency are the two major qualities denoting "superior performance" and therefore they are the basis for the MASTER AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIP program. In order to acquire the MASTER AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIP title, a dog must achieve a minimum of 750 championship points and 20 double qualifying scores obtained from the Excellent B Standard Agility class and the Excellent B Jumpers With Weaves class.
